18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement GoonXXX

GoonXXX is committed to full compliance with all applicable laws regarding age verification and record-keeping for adult content. This statement is provided in accordance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and the associated regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

GoonXXX is a content aggregator and distribution platform. The overwhelming majority of the material available on or through the site is produced by third parties — independent performers, adult studios, agencies, and content partners — and is imported, embedded, linked, or displayed as promotional material with the authorization of those third parties. GoonXXX does not film, create, direct, or otherwise produce this content.

With respect to all such content, GoonXXX operates solely as a hosting, indexing, and distribution service and is not the "producer" (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)) of any depiction appearing on or accessible through the site. A significant portion of the content is also hosted on, and served from, third-party platforms; GoonXXX may display, embed, or link to it but does not control its creation.

The original producers, studios, and agencies that create or supply the content are the parties responsible for maintaining the age-verification and identity records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A. Those records are held by the respective producers and content partners, not by GoonXXX. Every performer, creator, studio, and agency that uploads, imports, or supplies content to GoonXXX represents and warrants that they maintain such records and that every person depicted was at least 18 years of age at the time of creation. Any request to inspect records for a specific depiction should be directed to its original producer or supplying content partner.

Every performer, creator, studio, and agency that uploads, imports, or supplies content to GoonXXX is required to attest and warrant that they are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that every person depicted in their content was at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created. Where content is obtained from studios, agencies, or content partners, GoonXXX relies on the contractual representations and § 2257 compliance of those suppliers.

Uploading, importing, or distributing any content depicting a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.

GoonXXX operates as a hosting and distribution platform and is not the producer of the content it makes available. The age-verification and identity records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A are maintained by the original producers of each depiction, not by GoonXXX. Any request to inspect records for a specific depiction should be directed to its original producer (see Section 1).
